TC18-16 - Small Agency Exemption to TPP15-03

Agencies that comply with the terms below are exempt from complying with the Internal Audit and Risk Management Policy for the NSW Public Sector (TPP15-03) in respect of 2017-18.

2017-18 NSW Report on State Finances

The 2017-18 New South Wales Report on State Finances includes:

• An overview of the financial performance and position of the General Government and Total State Sectors for 2017-18; and
• The audited Consolidated Financial Statements of the General Government and Total State Sectors for 2017-18, including a full set of note disclosures required by Australian Accounting Standards; and
• The Outcomes Report on Government Finances for the general government sector, public non-financial corporations sector, public financial corporations sector and the non-financial public sector for 2017-18, prepared in accordance with the Uniform Presentation Framework adopted by all Australian governments.

TCorp Foreign Exchange Execution Framework

The TCorp Foreign Exchange Execution Framework provides guidance to Government Entities in relation to identifying and hedging foreign exchange (FX) risk, in accordance with TPP18-03 NSW Government Foreign Exchange Risk Policy. This framework is designed to ensure that FX risk is identified and managed transparently, consistently, and at the lowest cost and/or risk to the State.

General Government Financial Statements - 30 September 2018

This monthly statement is released in compliance with Section 8 of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983. That section requires budget time projections and year-to-date balances for the major general government sector aggregates disclosed in the Budget to be published for each month.
