The First Nations Women’s Economic Participation Review provides a baseline of current First Nations women’s economic participation and identifies five priorities to empower First Nations women to realise their economic potential.

The five policy priority areas are: homes and communities, education, workplace support, entrepreneurship and putting First Nations women at the centre of decision making for policies regarding their economic participation.

The Review has been developed in consultation with First Nations women and girls and an Expert Advisory Panel (EAP) of five leading First Nations women.
