Marsha joined NSW Treasury in 2013. She is currently Executive Director of the Strategy, Delivery and Reviews Division, responsible for leading budget and expenditure reviews, improving gender equality and women’s economic outcomes across the sector, budget policy reform and supporting industrial relations processes.
Marsha’s career spans across 25 years in the NSW and ACT public sectors with expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, management and reporting and delivery of reform programs.
Marsha has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and a Masters of Management.
