The Treasury website is the main vehicle for the issue of Treasury Circulars to NSW Government agencies. Agencies are advised by email when a new Circular is issued and are provided with the link to where it sits on the website. Agencies are responsible for ensuring appropriate distribution of the Circular within their organisation. Treasury's policy is for Treasury Circulars older than 5 years to lapse as at 31 December each year, except for certain specified Circulars.
