The NSW Intergenerational Report 2016 was released by Treasurer Gladys Berejiklian on 26 May 2016. The five-yearly report, which looks out 40 years into the future, projects the state of our economy, demographic trends, what services we will need and much more.

The Treasurer released the 2015-16 Half-Yearly Review on Thursday 17 December 2015. The Half-Yearly Review sets out the current economic and fiscal outlook for New South Wales and describes material variations that have occurred since the 2015-16 Budget.
New South Wales is rated triple-A by the two major credit rating agencies. Moody’s reaffirmed NSW’s triple-A credit rating with stable outlook on 8 December 2015. Standard & Poor’s (S&P) reaffirmed NSW’s triple-A credit rating with stable outlook on 30 September 2015.
