OFM has an Enterprise Agreement that provides staff with flexibility, an organisation structure that spreads the workload, efficient processes and project management and a culture that embraces family friendly policies.
OFM recently participated in a benchmark study on Work/Life Initiatives conducted by Managing Work/Life Balance. Nearly 200 organisations from both the public and private sector participated in the survey. OFM was ranked fifteenth out of 195.
Data collected from the benchmark study shows that organisations that are developing a workplace culture that is inclusive and encourages innovation are more likely to be able to attract and retain the most talented employees.
OFM is very committed to initiating family friendly policies. It is one of the strategies being used to attract and retain our high quality staff.
