In November 2020, the NSW Government announced that it would undertake a scoping study into its lotteries duty revenue stream.
Following a robust tender process, the NSW Government has appointed three advisers to support the scoping study.
Bank of America has been appointed as its financial advisor, Herbert Smith Freehills has been appointed to act as the State's legal adviser and accounting firm EY will advise on accounting and tax matters.
Contract disclosures will be made on the Government's eTendering website in line with obligations under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009.
