This website has been developed by the New South Wales Government to provide information related to Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) and major infrastructure development in NSW, Australia.

This site outlines the NSW Government’s policy on PPP Projects and the development of the National PPP Guidelines through Infrastructure Australia.

The original WWG Guidelines for Privately Financed Projects have been replaced by the National PPP Guidelines.

Documents such as the Technical Paper on Discount Rates, NSW PPP Accounting Policy and an Intellectual Property Guideline for Unsolicited Private Sector Proposals are also available to view or download.
