TOES Upload

Treasury introduced a new way of uploading data into Treasury On-Line Entry System (TOES) in June 2011.

Agencies now have the option to streamline and automate their data entry into the Treasury system, providing time and efficiency improvements.  The improved functionality will be available for 2010-11 year-end.

In summary the upload improvements provide agencies with:

  • A ‘starting point’ for the upload.  The TOES system can provide, on demand, an upload file pre-populated with agency and period specific accounts including opening balances.
  • The ability to upload extended datasets, which now includes schedules, service group, GPC and divisional data.
  • The ability to upload data into Forward Estimates (previously only Budget Estimates were supported).
