SAP System Overview

The system consists of

• Treasury's remote access VPN
• SAPGUI 7.10 application

The VPN (link not shown on this site for security purposes) connects to treasury’s internal network, specifically our TOES system. This ensures a secure and stable connection for all agencies.

CONNECTING TO TOES

Connecting to TOES is a two stage process. Firstly a connection is established to the VPN - a username, password and token number is entered and, after verification and authentication, connection is established to the Governet network.  The SAPGUI software is then run over this connection and provides access to Treasury's Online Entry System.

DISCONNECTING FROM TOES

Disconnecting from TOES is also a two stage process. Firstly the SAPGUI software is exited, after saving and/or transmitting data to Treasury. Secondly, the VPN connection MUST be disconnected.
