Current Status:

After the PPP was announced on 30 November 2011, the agencies engaged with industry to talk about the project and hear its views on how the project should be delivered ahead of finalising and issuing the EOI invitation.

The EOI invitation was issued on 22 March 2012 and is available to download from the NSW Government tendering website http://ww.tenders.nsw.gov.au/dfs (ref HOG12/6242). It provides information about Airds Bradbury, the project, the proposed PPP along with information about the procurement process including the details about the industry briefing, how interested proponents are to prepare and lodge their EOI responses and how the agencies will assess the responses received to identify a short-list of proponents for recommendation to NSW Government to proceed to the next stage, request for proposals.

EOI responses are due 9.30am on 3 May 2012 and it is anticipated that the short-listed proponents will be announced in July 2012.
