OFM’s Crown Asset and Liability Management Branch (CALM) is responsible for managing the Crown Finance Entity (public sector wide assets, liabilities and transactions that are the overall responsibility of government) and its impact on the State’s balance sheet.

The Crown Entity includes a number of public self insurance funds, which comprise the Insurance Ministerial Corporation.
The major insurance fund in the Insurance Ministerial Corporation is the Treasury Managed Fund (TMF).
