My TOES Print Jobs Print but are not Formatted Correctly

This is a TOES configuration issue and involves how your print jobs are defined within the TOES system. A change to your login data is required. This is handled by the FIS Technical Support Team (Ewen Bishop - 02 9228 3012 or Colin Huddy - 02 9228 4226).

Correcting this means that, once the changes have been completed, you will have to exit the SAP software, but you do not have to disconnect from the Dial Connect network. Simply restart the SAPGUI software and your printing should be correct.
