SAP Import
TOES has an "Upload budget data from local files" button on the Budget Estimates data entry screen.
Please note that this button only appears after you have entered your Agency number. The file containing your financial data MUST conform to an exact specification to be successfully imported into TOES.
The import file must conform with the following:
Record length = 29 characters
Each record MUST appear on a new line.
Example: 'A0500020 211 5000 4800'

Notes
Multiple uploads may be performed. If either the projection or actual amount is left blank, the existing value in TOES will remain unchanged. This gives an agency the capability of importing data from different sources, for example actuals from a financial system, and projections from a spreadsheet.
