• Budget Paper 1 - Budget Speech.
  Sets out the Government's budgetary strategy and financial plans.
  
  
• Budget Paper 2 - Budget Statement.
  This Budget Paper presents detailed information both on the Budget aggregates (ie for the General Government Sector) and on State finances more generally.
  
  
• Budget Paper 3 - Budget Estimates.
  The Budget Estimates contain detailed revenue and expense information on an agency, program and portfolio basis for the General Government Sector. Information is provided on the net cost of providing services for each General Government Budget Dependent agency’s programs.

  Provides details of the General Government Sector and Public Trading Enterprise Sector Asset Acquisition Programs for 2002-03. Information is provided on an accrual basis.
